By downloading or using Piano Beyer ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Piano Beyer is a piano-learning rhythm game. Some practice songs are free, while access to the full content requires a "Piano Beyer Pass" subscription.
The Pass is a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country. Refunds are handled according to the respective refund policy of Apple App Store or Google Play.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for private, non-commercial purposes. All content in the App (music arrangements, artwork, code) is owned by us or used under license, and may not be copied or redistributed.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App, including attempts to bypass content locks or purchase verification.
The App is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

앱은 개인적·비상업적 용도에 한해 사용할 수 있는 비독점적 라이선스로 제공됩니다. 앱의 모든 콘텐츠(편곡, 아트워크, 코드)는 당사 소유이거나 라이선스 하에 사용되며, 복제·재배포할 수 없습니다.
앱의 변조, 역공학, 콘텐츠 잠금·구매 검증 우회 시도를 금지합니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 원활한 운영을 위해 최선을 다하지만 중단이나 오류가 없음을 보증하지는 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 앱 사용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
서비스 변화에 따라 약관이 갱신될 수 있으며, 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

Piano Beyer はピアノ学習リズムゲームです。一部の練習曲は無料でご利用いただけますが、 その他のすべてのコンテンツのご利用には「Piano Beyer Pass」の購読が必要です。
Pass は Apple App Store または Google Play を通じて 決済される月額自動更新の購読です。購入確定時に Apple ID アカウントまたは Google Play アカウントに料金が請求されます。現在の購読期間終了の少なくとも24時間前までに解約しない 場合、購読は自動的に更新されます。購読はいつでも App Store または Google Play ストアの アカウント設定から解約できます。価格は購入前にアプリ内に表示され、国によって異なる場合が あります。返金は決済したストア（Apple App Store または Google Play）の返金ポリシーに 従います。
本アプリは、個人的かつ非商業的な用途に限り使用できる非独占的ライセンスとして提供されます。 本アプリのすべてのコンテンツ（編曲、アートワーク、コード）は当社が所有するか、 ライセンスに基づいて使用されているものであり、複製・再配布することはできません。
本アプリの改変、リバースエンジニアリング、コンテンツのロックや購入検証の回避を試みる 行為を禁止します。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。円滑な運営に努めますが、中断やエラーがないことを 保証するものではありません。法律が認める最大限の範囲において、本アプリの使用により生じた 間接的・付随的損害について責任を負いません。
サービスの変化に応じて本規約が更新されることがあります。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続された 場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
